With over 15 years in construction, I bring extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience to my role as a Certified Professional Inspector in Texas and as a certified HUD Consultant. My expertise extends beyond HUD to include consulting for Fannie Mae and VA loans, providing comprehensive support for various financing options available to homebuyers and homeowners.
As a HUD Consultant, I am qualified to guide both lenders and borrowers through the complexities of FHA 203(k) loans, Fannie Mae’s HomeStyle Renovation loans, and VA renovation loans. Each of these programs allows borrowers to finance both the purchase and renovation of a property within a single loan. My role involves performing detailed property inspections, assessing required repairs, and creating a clear, actionable plan that meets each loan’s specific standards.
As a member of the National Association of FHA Consultants (NAFHAC), I have undergone specialized training that deepens my understanding of HUD and FHA requirements, helping me stay current on industry regulations and best practices. My affiliation with NAFHAC ensures that I can confidently guide lenders and borrowers through every step of the process, addressing any challenges and streamlining loan approval.

My goal is to save borrowers from spending countless hours trying to meet lender requirements. Acting as a middleman, I streamline the communication and documentation needed between both parties, making everyone’s job easier and keeping the borrower well-informed about what’s required.
A key part of my role involves overseeing the construction process to make sure everything aligns with program standards. I monitor progress closely and keep the borrower updated on any issues or instances of noncompliance that may arise, providing peace of mind throughout the renovation journey. My commitment to clear communication and proactive problem-solving helps create a smooth experience from start to finish.
